I just came across this trailer for a movie I shot a day on over the summer. You can catch a glimpse of me around 1:36. The full title of the film is The 40 Year Old Virgin Who Knocked Up Sarah Marshall and Felt Superbad About It. I had a pretty good time on set and made a few new friends; look for it to come out some time next year.

Today I did a photo shoot with my good friend and college, John Kaemmerling, who just happens to be a world class photographer. I still haven’t gone through all the photos, but there are a lot of good shots. The above shot is just a sneak peak. We were inspired by iconic portraits of leading men, both current and classic. It was my hope to come away with a different look; more mature and maybe with an edge. I think we succeeded.

Slumdog Virgin shoot

Today I did one day for the film Slumdog Virgin, directed by Craig Moss. The film will be a very funny movie similar to Epic Movie or Scary Movie. However, this film is mostly making fun of other comedies as well as big hits like Slumdog Millionaire and Twilight. Look for it to be released by Fox sooner than later.

I had a great time shooting the Spreadart Magazine editorial. The theme was teddy boys and we shot all day with almost 32 setups. Jim Wright was the photographer and he shot on digital, polaroid and 8mm motion picture film. Not sure when the photos will be published so check back soon.
